the Gates was voted Most Entertaining of 2011 by Ryan Lawler of Fantasy Book Review. Some of the oher
great authors honored are Mark Lawrence (Prince of Thorns), George
RR Martin (A Dance of Dragons), Brandon Sanderson (The Alloy of
Law), Terry Goodkind (The Omen Machine), Charlaine Harris (Dead
Reckoning), Steven Erikson (The Crippled God), Patrick Rothfuss
(The Wise Man's Fear), and more.
Dec 28, 2011: While
Resurrection (Damnation Books, 2011) didn't make the top five, I
made honorable mention over at Only the Best Sci-fi and Fantasy's blog.
I'm in there with great names like Mark Lawrence (Prince of
Thorns), Jon Sprunk (Shadow's Lure), Courtney Schafer (The
Whitefire Crossing), Michael J. Sullivan (The Riyria Revelations),
Liane Merciel (Heaven's Needle), and Daniel Polansky (Low
Town).
It's quite an honor to be included alongside such
wonderful authors. If you haven't read any of their books, you're
missing out; big time.

Demon Squad 3, At the Gates, releases at midnight PST from Damnation Books. The first eBook is FREE
and each thereafter only goes up by 25 cents for 24 hours or until
it reaches full price. This applies to all of DB's December
releases, so get there early and pick them all up.
